Out with the old, in with the new website and more features for freelancers and employers 💫

Adding to the new logo, new features, and increased number of users, we have grown into an ecosystem redefining collaboration at all levels. It was time to improve our website’s look and feel to reflect that.

Visual improvements

The website is now optimized in line with the brand. It is visually consistent with improved content organization, solid design, and a conscious color scheme. The most important information is accompanied by graphics. Our “About” page illustrates in detail how our platform works, empowering those that do not possess blockchain-related knowledge to easily use our services.

Freelancing platform with real people in mind; User experience

As always, our priority is to keep the platform easy to use. Freelancers and employers are still able to register and post jobs quickly, with additional improvements: Posting a Job ad is now even simpler and faster. Freelancers can attach CVs to their profiles and employers can choose to receive only applications from freelancers who have uploaded cover letters. Employers' interface is adapted for a better and clearer overview of all job applications, their job listings, and messages.

More opportunities for freelancers and employers; New features

To add to the possibility of paying in crypto and choosing escrow, new features have been added and existing ones improved:

- Visibility package for employers - Employers now have the option to hire faster through increased visibility. Before listing a job, they can select a period of time during which their Job ad will be highlighted, among other benefits.

- Visibility package for freelancers - The same feature enables freelancers to boost their profile visibility and get easily spotted by employers. Their profile will be pinned to the top of the "Browse freelancers" list, featured on the homepage, and pinned to the top of the employer’s application list.

- Affiliate program - We are scaling earning opportunities by enabling users to share an affiliate link and bring in new users. For every escrowed job user’s affiliate finalizes through the platform, user earns 20%. Since there is no limit on the task size - possibilities are equally limitless! Not only that, if affiliate subscribes to Visibility package, user earns 5% of each day their affiliate is subscribed.

Just to paint a picture; If you bring a freelancer and they finalize a job worth 3000 USD, you would earn 600 USD just by having brought them to the platform. Likewise, if a user's affiliate subscribes to the Visibility package, they earn 5% of each day their affiliate has been subscribed.

- Hiring an agent - For many companies, finding skilled talent to fill open jobs can require a large internal resource haul or get really expensive. Employers are now given an option to hire an agent to match them with a perfect candidate.

- New blockchain support - Other than Binance stables, Bitcoin, and Tezos, employers looking to hire freelancers can now deposit their escrow funds in Polygon stables: DAI, USDT and USDC. By providing cross-chain support via Polygon, we are empowering our users to take advantage of the considerably lower gas fees and low processing times while still affording security, interoperability, and structural benefits of the Ethereum blockchain.
