Build a Crowdlending site on BSC network using solidity

PROJECT PURPOSE:
Build a Crowdlending apps on Gnosis chain (xDAI) 
•The goal is to build a REST API that integrated with solidity, making this easier as possible for our end user (Admin, Investor)
• This is an app to invest in housing, investors can earn up to 10+% APY

The source is available at EthicHub gitlab, but there’s breaking changes from ^0.5.0 to ^0.8.13

Our business logic is not that far from of EthicHub but we pay investors monthly in our contract

Create a sample code and how to integrate with solidity code

Create a REST API (Backend of your choice): List of projects, Invest in project, User portfolio.

Integrate magic.link to our backend so the user doesn’t have to use metamask.
