Role Description:
The Oasis Foundation is looking for a Community Moderator to help us grow our ecosystem and generate awareness in a safe and collaborative manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for the blockchain industry, will have excellent communication skills, and an ability to multi-task while maintaining high standards. This is a full-time, fully-remote role. Compensation will be paid in USDT (cryptocurrency).
 

Responsibilities:
-Moderate Social Media activity and engagement across all Oasis Social Media Platforms to ensure the spirit of Oasis is being maintained. 
-Ensure that posts and activity across the Oasis Social Media Platforms are being maintained and meeting the community demands and standards.
-Respond and answer questions and comments from the community while maintaining professionalism. At the same time, taking action to potential trolls and bad actors to protect Oasis -Protocol Foundation brand and reputation.
-Manage bots and automation tools for social media platforms where applicable for growth and statistics.
 

Requirements:
-Able to work flexible working hours (occasional nights/weekends) as needed to ensure coverage
-+1 year of experience in the blockchain or technology space 
-+1 year of experience moderating content and ensuring safe community standards
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver tight deadlines 
-Strong communication skills
