- Business Development
Main Tasks:
Executing yearly strategic sales plan
Achieving growth and sales targets
Lead Generation: Diversifying and enlarging the pool of clients with new customers
Regularly monitoring client satisfaction
Discussing future plans with clients
Maintaining developing relationships with current customers
Upselling and cross-selling of the company portfolio
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Negotiating optimal terms and conditions with clients, and taking care of contracts
Being commercially accountable for profitability maximization, e.g. Balancing the cost of sale with return
Using competitive intelligence in client planning, allowing you to develop counter-strategies, further driving sales activity
Requirements:
Previous experience in B2B sales process (3 to 5 years preferably)
Customer Relationship Management
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Self-driven and ability to work as individual
English language
Bonus: Technical/Engineering educational background
