What we're looking for
Recruiters with 1-5 years of experience
Ideally, experienced life within a 360 agency
Ideally, exposure to the tech industry
Ideally, motivated by working remotely and on your own schedule
What you'll do
Your primary responsibility is to:
- Find creative ways to attract job-seekers and hirers to sign up for the platform, whether through direct outreach, social presence, or other means
- Motivate hirers to post jobs by effectively conveying the benefits of our platform
- Source and match the right job-seekers to jobs
You'll also have the opportunity (if you choose) to influence product direction and core strategy decisions.

In the unfortunate event you leave us, we'll continue to reward you just as we do our users:
- Receive 10% of recruitment fees when your referred job-seeker friends find a job
- Receive an additional 26% when your referred hirer friends post a job
- Example: For a $10k recruitment fee, if friend A posts a job and friend B gets hired, you'll pocket $3.6k
