Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Developer (Web3) to join our team and take a leading role in initiating the development of our Prodds platform. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts that power our platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to the overall architecture and development roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts for the Prodds platform.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and test smart contracts on the chosen blockchain platform (Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, etc.).
• Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of the blockchain infrastructure.
  Integrate blockchain components with front-end and back-end systems.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and apply best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project milestones and deliverables.
• Contribute to the development roadmap and provide technical guidance and expertise.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in blockchain development, specifically in Web3 technologies.
  Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development and deployment.
  Strong understanding of blockchain principles, decentralized systems, and consensus algorithms.
• Familiarity with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana) and related tooling.
• Knowledge of Web3 libraries and protocols (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js, IPFS).
• Experience with security best practices and auditing smart contracts.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with gambling or gaming platforms and knowledge of related protocols (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
