Job Summary:

To fuel 21Shares' growth, we are seeking a Head of Marketing for our 21Shares product, helping to shape the voice, expand the market/demand, and further define the go-to-market for our ETP product offerings.

21Shares is looking to solidify its brand and engage with its current and future clients and stake holders. We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Head of Marketing to providing strategic leadership for marketing across all of our products and services. You will help build awareness, understanding and engagement with our brand and products and lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute on a global marketing strategy.
  • Design branding and positioning and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Build out a marketing team including expertise in Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
  • Analyze client interaction with our brand, website and marketing collateral, and provide analysis on ways to enhance and use this data.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Key part of the company Leadership Team working on setting and meeting the key strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience including as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the finance or crypto industry in small or large organizations.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals and experience building out a team.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Analytical mind.
