Hex Fork on the Smart Chain

We seek a team that can clone hex.com (an ETH project) onto the Smart Chain

Hex is a token WITH  a staking vault, and this dashboard: https://go.hex.com/stake/

I'm not sure how the dashboard actually works and what it entails.
