Your responsibilities:
· Participate in designing and implementation of overall recruiting and company branding strategy
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Conduct reference and background checks
· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
· Implement company branding and campus management initiatives and act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Present and promote company culture on external and internal events
· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” and develop relationships with targeted institutional partners
Your profile:
· You have a degree in psychology, business administration, communications or humanities or similar
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) – at least 1 to 3 years
· Creativity in finding the best ways to source qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates, and networking opportunities
· You have very good oral and written skills in English
· Familiarity with HR databases, Recruitment Software and HRIS is a bonus
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to transmit enthusiasm and act persuasively towards others
