At the moment, we are looking for an internal Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of demand generation and campaign programs for Remote Bob. You will directly impact the company’s revenue goals through online and offline campaigns, driving the awareness and demand for our services. You will work on the development of clients acquisition and retention strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to boost Remote Bob’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Help to develop the landing pages
- Manage the entire process of building clients sales funnels
- Deliver detailed reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue on a channel by channel basis
- Define and track key metrics, deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in digital campaign marketing and demand generation with ownership of multiple channels and strategies, along with hands-on experience optimizing websites for conversion of inbound traffic
- B2B campaign management and execution experience
- Strong project management and planning skills to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear understanding of ROI analysis, proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyse results, review budgets and data, and recommend changes – you’ll do your own analysis of performance and report weekly on progress to marketing and sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and lead generation
- Advanced awareness of the psychology of advertising and the customer journey
- English language proficiency
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
