Operations Manager For a Remote Digital Marketing Agency
We are in the process of improving, optimizing, and scaling our marketing service operations for our remote digital marketing agency. The position would work collaboratively with our current Operations Specialist in leading our teams to drive client value.
This role will focus on training our teams, ensuring we execute against standards, drive client value, set client goals, and oversee daily operations of how marketing teams work on client accounts. This position will focus on the stands of how teams execute for clients, provide coaching, performance management, and team management.
Experience:
We are seeking a smart and capable person with a background in digital marketing or agency operations. Capable of building and executing simple, clear systems to improve marketing operations. Well-versed in digital marketing and possession of great communication skills.
We are looking for someone who can navigate right brain / left brain thinking. Yes, this is a creative position, while it also requires clear communication and organization skills. We are seeking a well-balanced individual that would love to play a key role in the growth of a highly impactful digital agency. Besides operational activities, you would be helping with any of our core services as well (content, outreach, lead generation, SEO, Facebook Ads, social media) so experience in it will be a great advantage.
About the role:
Our new Operations Manager will work under the part-time contract for the first three months. Then, based on their performance, they have the possibility to be promoted into a full-time Operations Manager. In the first three months, the Operations Specialist will be trained by our Head of Operations & Client Services and will work closely with them on a daily basis.
Monthly salary: Operations Manager - 2000USD

Core responsibilities:
Lead coaching and professional development training for marketers
Performance management for marketing teams
Oversees the operations of our client services
Learn our approach to digital marketing, and then act as the chief trainer and coach on this approach
Conduct practice presentations, pitches, and meetings
Coaching individuals to improve their performance, motivation, and success
Improving communications between teams and clients
Participate in the development systems that allow teams to demonstrate clear and measurable value to clients
Performance coaching and training with the employees
Qualifications:
Great communication and client-facing skills
2+ years of management experience (people, process, and presentation skills)
Inbound marketing execution and strategy skills
Must be comfortable working in a remote environment
Agency experience is a plus
General knowledge of digital marketing
