Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our Head of Operations to fill the applicant pipeline with qualified candidates for all Core team positions at Rezolute.
- Proactively source, identify and contact candidates who will thrive in Rezolute work environment
- Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
- Provide interviewers with extensive background information about each candidate.
- Support candidates through the team interview process as their main point of contact and stay in touch with interviewers to collect feedback and ensure the interview funnel is executed well.
- Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience
- Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage offer delivery and negotiations
We Are Looking For People Who:
- Have at least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience serving in this capacity in a rapidly-scaling tech company (or similar environment, a place where speed is paramount without sacrificing candidate quality).
- Possess a high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
- Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimize their own time and enjoy collaborating
- Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems
- Are naturally curious, continuously learning, and reflecting on their own growth
- Proactively scout for candidates
- Open to giving and receiving feedback and constantly wanting to improve.
- Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and passionate
- A keen interest to learn and understand the blockchain industry is a plus
