robot that automates Quotex signals from a Telegram signal room

I need a robot that automates Quotex signals from a specific Telegram signal room (2 or 3 channels). 
Amount to be set by money management.
Signals generated on telegram channel are reflected on Quotex binary options trading, it involves martingale upto 2 levels doubling the original amount everytime.
The signals include pair timing and call or put signals in specific words, program should understand those words and martingale if loss and stop if profit.
