Amazing personal assistant to the CEO (remote)

We are organisers of the largest startup competition in emerging markets, and owners of the fastest growing network of co-working & co-living spaces in these markets. We are on a mission to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship, by bringing together technologies, talents and growth techniques to launch and grow ideas.
We are looking for an amazing person with a positive attitude who will work as a personal assistant to the CEO of one of our main organisations. The person will help with organising meetings, booking flights and controlling interview meetings.
This position is a completely remote (VA), full-time position, that will start as with a part-time trial.
Key responsibilities:
- Organising meetings on for the CEO through emails and Google calendar
- Researching and booking flights
- Controlling interview meetings
- Organising past interviews
- General internet research
Your profile
- Previous relevant experience with the job is a MUST
- Tech savvy, highly skilled in G-Suite apps and similar office tools, and is a fast learner with apps
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to details (start your cover letter with the word "seeds")
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proactive and results oriented with a strong belief in getting things done - a person who will be able to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems
- Responsive and adheres to deadlines
