Architectural Drafting Archicad

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to assist with a set of working drawings on small to medium near passive house residental projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed construction documentation for prefabricated building projects.

Responsibilities:

Task 1: Produce quantities take off in Archi CAD 24
Task 2: Produce construction documentation for prefabricated building projects using ArchiCad. To work closely with the design team to ensure that all drawings are accurate and comply with building codes and regulations.
Read engineering documentation and ensure that all structural details are accurately reflected in the documentation.
Create detailed and accurate material selections, schedules and elements lists.
Ensure that all documentation is of the highest quality and accuracy.

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.
Experience in architectural drafting for prefabricated construction projects.
Proficiency in ArchiCad and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently.
