Pathway Port (www.pathwayport.com) helps small and mid-sized insurance brokerages attract new customers and build loyalty with existing policyholders by leveraging the power of robust automated insurance communication platform. The software provider offers one of the industry's most affordable solutions without skimping on the features necessary to achieve customer retention and growth. We are a united team of talented professionals and we are looking for new crew members to strengthen our team and grow with us!

 

Before being selected and offered working contracts, candidates will go through 3 months of a paid probation - training period! This is a full time position - we are in search for team members who would stay with the company for a longer period of time.

 

Your primary role as our Client Success Manager is introducing a product to the principals of marketing leads of insurance brokerages across Canada, and understanding the value that Pathway products bring to the customers.

As a CSM, you are expected to work closely with the right person for 100% customer satisfaction, and be the first point of contact for all products.

 

The position will require you to learn about the insurance market, the software-based solutions Pathway can provide, and our competitors.

 

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and ability to create win/win environments for all parties that they works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals. 

 

Duties:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Identify quality improving and feature enhancement opportunities
  • Handle account retention

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Advanced English)
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
