Job description:

• Customer support position

Qualifications:

• Speak Dutch proficiently and have a good English level
• No previous experience is required

Responsabilities:

• Good communication and soft kills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Communicate with customers (by chat, e-mail and phone)
• Assist customers with product functionalities, services, questions, among others
