* Description
A job is offered from home to an English teacher. The work is completely flexible and you can work from home or wherever you want, using PC or laptop and internet. No teaching experience or faculty is required. You only need to know how to read and speak English. The work is completely free and you do not need to pay anything, all the materials for the lecture are provided free of charge by the company.

** Salary
The salary is according to your performance, ie the more hours you hold - the more you will be paid. Your salary will be based on this principle: 1 hour lasting 25 minutes, you will be paid 3.25 USD, plus you will receive bonuses for the quality of the lecture.

*** Bonuses
There are 9 types of bonuses and the value of the bonus you can get depends on you, the number of classes held and the quality of your lecture, so you will be evaluated by students immediately after class (with grades from 1 to 5 stars). If you make a series of 10 5-star ratings, you get a bonus of 11 USD. If you hold 50 hours within 14 days, you get a bonus of $ 26. If you are in the top 50 teachers, you can get a 23-68 USD bonus, depending on where you are on the board. If within 14 days you have held a minimum of 25 hours, and those hours are rated 4-5 stars, you get plus 0.85 USD for each hour held. If you work every day for 14 days, you will receive a bonus of 46 USD. If you work with reserved hours and do not cancel any reservations per hour within 14 days, you will receive an additional 1.48 USD per unscheduled hour. There are a few more bonuses that will be available to you once you register.

**** Payment
Pay 2 times a month, on the 15th and at the end of the month - (via a foreign currency bank account in dollars or euros or via Paypal). I will give you data to register. There are no hidden costs or fees, the more you earn, the more they pay you.
