For our client, we are looking for a senior Java Developer (m/w/d) with SAP IdM KnowHow in Nearshoring.

Tasks:
Take responsibility for the last level of product support according to the established internal customer support processes.
Provide effective and efficient development support of the assigned (and adjacent) functional areas.
Incident processing
Qualification and prioritization of the incidents
Initiate incident resolution
Track incident resolution progress
Incident escalation as defined by escalation process
Determine incident resolution or workaround
Implement solution or workaround
Apply changes in productive code by following best coding practices and standards.
Verify incident resolution
Inform customer about incident resolution
Provide relevant transparency about own work and the related topics.
Take responsibility for software build, release, deployment, configuration, continuous integration and testing activities.
Support User Assistance Developers in preparing product documentation and contribute to the information/ knowledge rollout inside and outside of the team.
Maintain technical expertise and knowledge retention within the organization.
Take responsibility for understanding in deep details product scenarios and development processes.
Support and knowledge build within Product Support team
Follow up on the resolved incidents, that prevents or minimize the likelihood of reporting the same problem by a different customer.
