NINJA DESIGNER (META CREATOR)

We are hiring a Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities. From logos, GIFs, flyers to business cards, and Product sneak peek videos, we are looking for an experienced designer who knows how to visualize & create a memorable brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality digital content aligned with the clients' brand identity
• Developing brand identity, brand book & guides
• Delivering a wide range of formats and techniques - from promotional Print and Offline Media Design towards GIFs and short animations that are used to entertain audiences
• Working with content and social media teams in developing the visual identity of different clients
• Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas
• Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

Ideal Candidate

• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, 2D/3D animation, Figma, Adobe After Effect)
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (social media, web, mobile, video, and more)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing
• work of a suitable style
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
• Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
• Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented individuals who review their work carefully, quality control is key.
