Performance Marketing Manager

The company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and develop brand strategies and promote brand growth by focusing on customer retention.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse key data to determine patterns and trends to share with internal teams and leadership
• Conduct Lead Market Research on demographics and products, and gather other relevant information to form marketing strategies and maximize sales of offered services
• Establish marketing goals of ROAS and CPA based on past performance and market forecasts
• Seek new advertising opportunities
• Prioritize high-reward opportunities, manage at-risk clients, and maintain the client retention pipeline
• Design and execute successful retention and loyalty processes
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on the brand and moving the Company brand forward with potential Customers
• Handle media buying of paid campaigns
• Design and analyze promotional campaign performance and make adjustments accordingly
• Develop brand strategies & drive business growth
• Manage the complete P&L of one of the company’s businesses
• Maintain a deep understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to our customers
• Conduct other tasks as assigned by leadership

To excel in this role, you need the following:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management
• Ability to effectively utilize various tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
• Experience with Digital Marketing including email, SMS and Affiliates
• Experience with Facebook and Google
• Knowledge of GA, Shopify and Klaviyo
