Sales and Affiliate Manager

Job Description:

ComeToCroatia is looking for a motivated Sales and Affiliate Manager to drive sales and manage our affiliate program. This role focuses on converting leads into sales and building strong partnerships with affiliates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and grow the affiliate program by identifying and onboarding new partners.
Maintain relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance.
Track and analyze sales and affiliate metrics to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
