You will work directly with our enterprise clients to design, build, test, and implement integrations at the center of the organization’s application ecosystem. You will work with a dynamic team of client experts in HR, Finance, and IT alongside other Dispatch members to implement creative solutions for hard business problems. You will be working within a strong team environment and will participate in the continued development and expansion of the development team. This role will require independence and problem solving while also working within a team environment. You will have responsibilities for the entire project lifecycle from working with team members to architecture and design through to implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities
● Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and help
translate these into technical requirements.
● Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design.
● Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
● Participate in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.
● Write testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews.
● Mentor junior team members and ensure they meet high standards of professionalism and
quality.

Qualifications
● Demonstrated experience as a developer of enterprise integration solutions
● Proficient in one or more software development languages, such as Python, Ruby, C#, or Java
● Direct experience with human capital and financial management systems
● Comfortable interacting directly with clients - both in technical and non-technical roles
● Demonstrated understanding of business processes
● Exceptional written and oral communication skills
● Engineering Degree preferred, technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study

Skills
● Experience using object-oriented programming techniques,
● Experience with various enterprise software architectural patterns
● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
● Experience with relational database design and implementation
● Fluency in SQL for SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL is essential
● Understanding of Swagger or OpenAPI specification frameworks
● Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT
● Interest in developing skills and experience in the Microsoft .Net/C# development ecosystem
● Expert front end developer with a deep knowledge of web technologies
