SEO Specialist and Growth Manager

Recruiting for a US-based company working asynchronously who invest time and effort in professional development.. They are expanding their team by on-boarding an SEO Specialist & Growth Manager to increase traffic & grow our website.

As SEO Specialist and Growth Manager, you will:

• Help achieve organic SEO growth, including on-page SEO and off-page SEO
• Create a lead strategy
• Self-manage the SEO efforts & report progress through frequent updates in Asana

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Experience growing website SEO traffic
• Experience with SEO tools, like Ahrefs
• Proven track record of success increasing organic traffic

Brownie points for:

• Experience with Buzzstream, Pitchbox, or Mailshake
• Experience with GPT3-based AI content generation
• Experience with on-page correlation tools such as Surfer/Marketmuse

Ideal candidate is:

• An independent self-starter who can successfully manage their own work
• Able to identify problems, propose solutions (including the resources they need) & execute those solutions
• Detail-oriented & able to recognise patterns
