Problems i have with phpbb board
1.Board is loading pretty slow due to unknown reason , to extent that if there is 30 to 50 users its unusable or goes down for moments
2.OwlCarousel2 is bugging, ether not showing up or showing in few lines or showing in downwards line, after refreshing multiple times it gets to be normal and works correct
3.Chat extension i have dosent support attachments
4.Users cant connect from tor due to cloudflare , in need for other cdn or reverse proxy. or if you know how to actually allow tor connections trough cloudflare but id like to not use cloud flare if possible.

info about hosting machine is vps 12 cores 2.7ghz ,24gb ram , 1gib port , 110ssd , mounted storage server with 1 tb hdd.
hoster claims that speed issue is not on their side witch is maybe true since checked consumptions when there are users and they dont go over 10%.
witch makes sense since i requested server that can process 500 users .

what kind of solutions would i like
1. fixing speed issue in any way
2. fixing owlcarousel2 , or getting similar thing to work in phpbb natively if possible
3. making chat extension to accept attachments ,or making chat work in phpp natively also
4. possibly by setting up reverse proxy on some onion hosting to route tor traffic or other suitable solution , and setting up second reverse proxy to route clearnet traffic , or just having some good cdn for clearnet traffic

Would be best if one person could do this all together , and also im open to any of your suggestions on solutions.
