We have an opening for an incredibly talented, creative and dependable video producer/video editor/videographer to lead our in-house video production operation from concept to final delivery. You will join our highly motivated, friendly and expert team to work on multiple projects.

We are looking for someone with both technical expertise and an aptitude for story development, and who can overcome creative obstacles in a deadline driven environment while remaining positive, focused and inventive.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of video shoots.

• Pitch, research, write, source, design, and edit daily and weekly social video content.

• Make artistic and technical decisions based on a creative vision for lighting, camera coverage, shooting style, and location.

• Design and produce new visually compelling and unique video formats.

• Maintain and extend brand aesthetics and quality standards.

• Select and prepare cleared sourced video and audio to edit and export final projects.

• Contribute to streamlining workflows.

• Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines.

• Work effectively within tight deadlines to deliver assets on-time and adhere to best practices.

• Report progress and provide any metrics or required reports.

• Work closely with the team to ensure defined deliverables are met.

• Participation in the creative vision team discussions and meetings.

Location, Duration, and Salary:

• Period 6 months plus (potential for long-term work)

• Type: Full-time

• Remuneration via PM

Essential requirements for this role:

• Previous experience with shooting & editing in fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.

• Technical knowledge of industry standard cameras and lenses, in-studio and location lighting, audio capture, composition.

• Skilled in editing for impactful driven content.

• Ability to clearly and concisely direct crew regarding equipment, camera angles, movement and other variables.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere /Photoshop/After Effects).

• Familiar with web video and social media.

• Experience with producing compelling Digital Video Content and variety of formats.

• Experience lighting and shooting video content.

• Outstanding communication and adaptable interpersonal skills.

• Cool under pressure, self-starter, adaptable, problem solver, meet challenges with resilience in a fast paced environment.

• Confidentiality and trust.

• Qualification in film production, or relevant industry experience.

• Proficient on both the Macintosh (OSX) and PC computing platforms.

• Can work flexible hours.
